  5. ABC Action News Podcast features Voices...

Voices of Hope for Aphasia was featured on The Rebound: Tampa Bay, a podcast by ABC Action News – WFTS – Tampa Bay anchor, James Tully. In the podcast, Mr. Tully mentions Gabby Giffords and her use of the word ‘aphasia’ during her speech at the Democratic National Convention. Regardless of politics, this was monumental for aphasia awareness and put a national spotlight on what aphasia really means. James asks Executive Director, Debbie Yones, to define the word ‘aphasia’ and to talk about what Voices of Hope for Aphasia has been doing to keep our members, and others, engaged, active, and connected during the pandemic.
